GENERECORDER軟件可以檢測(cè)最后1-10個(gè)循環(huán)的反應(yīng)芯片（Rapi:chip™）中熒光強(qiáng)度變化，數(shù)值結(jié)果可以以Excel格式導(dǎo)出，強(qiáng)度曲線以Jpg格式保存；
溶解曲線圖可以提供每條可能產(chǎn)物的溶解曲線，直觀辨別目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物和非特異性擴(kuò)增及引物二聚體。
